Full Narrative

The Air Accident Investigation Department (AAID) of the Bahamas has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A320-212 that occurred on August 17, 2019. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the engine.

All investigative information will be released by the AAID.
