Full Narrative

The Government of South Africa has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Air Zimbabwe Boeing 767-2NOER with Pratt & Whitney PW4056 engines on April 28, 2019. The NTSB has appointed an Accredited Representative in accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane and engines to assist the South African Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) with its investigation.

All investigative information will be released by the CAA.
