Full Narrative

On November 12, 2018, about 2016 UTC, a Mexican registered Cessna T206H airplane, XB-ILM, sustained substantial damage during a forced landing to a highway due to a loss of engine power near Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico. The pilot and passenger were not injured; however, during the emergency landing the aircraft collided with a motorcycle, causing fatal injuries to two people who were traveling on the motorcycle. The flight originated from the General Francisco Javier Mina International Airport (MMTM), Tampico,Tamaulipas, Mexico, and was en route to the General Lucio Blanco International Airport (MMRX), Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
