On October 6, 2018, about 0945 Universal Coordinated Time, a Cessna Citation 510, OE-FID, experienced a tire failure during landing at the Lugano Airport (LSZA), Lugano, Switzerland. There were no injuries to the 2 crewmembers. The flight originated from the London Luton Airport (EGGW), London, United Kingdom.The Swiss Transportation Safety Board (STSB) is investigating the incident. As the state of manufacture of the airplane, the National Transportation Safety Board has designated a US accredited representative to assist the STSB in its investigation.
