Full Narrative
On June 27, 2018, at 1713 central standard time, a Canadian registered Bell 205A helicopter, C-FYHD, operated by Transwest Air Ltd Partnership, was substantially damaged during a precautionary landing due to severe airframe vibration at Buckmayer Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada. The pilot was uninjured. The flight originated from, and was destined to Hudson Bay Airport (CYHB), Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan.
