On December 18, 2008, at 0810 universal time coordinated, a Piper Aircraft, PA-31T, LV-MYX, operated by Aviacenter SA, impacted the ground a few minutes after takeoff from San Fernando Airport (SADF), Buenos Aires, Argentina. Visual flight rules prevailed. The airplane was substantially damaged. The two pilots were killed.
