On July 11, 2018, at 0736 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Robinson Helicopter R-44 II helicopter, SP-MAP, impacted terrain near Opole, Poland. 2 occupants were fatally injured, and 1 occupant was seriously injured.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Poland.
