On June 12, 2018, about 1600 hours universal coordinated time, an Air Tractor AT-802 airplane, Spanish registration EC-GVN, was substantially damaged during an agricultural application flight near Mallorca, Spain. The pilot sustained fatal injuries. The local flight departed from the Son Bonet Airfield (LESB); Mallorca, Spain.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviación Civil (CIAIAC).
