Full Narrative
On October 28, 2008, about 1040 local time, a Piper PA-34-200T, Columbian registration HK-2446, operated by Aeroexpreso Del Pacifico, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Reyes Murillo Airport, Nuqui, Columbia. The accident site was located approximately 3 kilometers south of the departure airport. The two crew members were seriously injured. Four passengers were killed, and the other passenger was seriously injured.
