On February 12, 2017, at 1319 coordinated universal time, a Robinson R66 helicopter, Russian registration RA-06375, was substantially damaged when it crashed into Lake Teletskoye, Republic of Altai, Russia. The pilot and four passengers were fatally injured. The flight departed the Cordon Kokshy landing site, Republic of Altai, and was conducted under Russian flight regulations.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Interstate Aviation Committee of Russia.
