On June 4, 2016, at 1712 universal coordinated time, a Piper PA-34-200T, Peruvian registration OB-1564, was substantially damaged when the nose landing gear collapsed during landing at Moises Benzaquen Rengifo Airport (SPMS), Yurimaguas, Peru.
