Full Narrative

The Japan Transport Safety Board has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A320, which occurred on July 9, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Japan Transport Safety Board investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the Pitot Static Probes.

All investigative information will be released by the JTSB.
