Full Narrative

On July 15, 2016, about 0520 Coordinated Universal Time, a Canadian registered De Havilland DHC-2 Mk I airplane on floats, C-GWDW, owned and operated by Tsayta Aviation Ltd, impacted terrain approximately 15 nm east south east of Telegraph Creek, British Columbia, Canada. The airplane was flying a visual flight rules flight from Telegraph Creek Water Aerodrome, British Columbia, Canada, to Mowdade Lake, British Columbia. The airplane was destroyed, and the sole pilot was fatally injured.
