Full Narrative
On June 04, 2016, about 1500 Coordinated Universal Time, a Wag-Aero Super Tri-Pacer airplane, CGSMJ, impacted terrain near Williston Lake, British Columbia, Canada, under unknown circumstances. The pilot and passenger sustained fatal injuries.
The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is investigating the accident. As the State of Manufacture of the airplane and engine, the NTSB has designated a U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
