Full Narrative

The Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurrezza del Volo (ANSV) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an ATR 72 that occurred April 9, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ANSV investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the propeller autofeather unit.

All investigative information will be released by the ANSV.
