Full Narrative

On January 11, 2016, a Boeing 767-316ER, powered by two General Electric CF6-80C2B6F turbofan engines experienced an inflight uncommnaded shutdown of the right engine. The engine was successfully restarted and the flight continued to its intended destination. The investigation is being conducted by the Peruvian Commission of Aviation Accidents Investigation (CIAA).
