The Spanish Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviación Civil (CIAIAC) has notified the NTSB of a ground collision involving an Iberia Airlines Airbus A330 and an American Airlines Boeing 777 that occurred on December 06, 2015, in Madrid, Spain. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAIAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane and State of Registry and Operator.All investigative information will be released by the CIAIAC.
