On November 29, 2015, at 1350 UTC, a Cessna Citation 560XL, SE-RHJ, experienced an in-flight cowling departure during descent into Farnborough Airport, Farnborough, Hampshire, United Kingdom. The aircraft landed without further incident and a subsequent examination revealed damage to the leading edges of the vertical stabilizer and left elevator. There were no injuries to the 2 crewmembers on board.
This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom.
