Full Narrative
On November 21, 2015, at 1800 universal coordinated time, a Piper PA-31, C6-TAK, was destroyed on impact with a house following a loss of control during takeoff from La Aurora International Airport, Guatemala City, Guatemala. The airplane was destroyed. The pilot and a passenger sustained minor and serious injuries. The flight was originating at the time of the accident.
