Full Narrative
On October 27, 2015, about 2043 central daylight time, a Bell 206B helicopter, C-GIFY, impacted terrain near Asquinth, Saskatchewan, Canada, under unknown circumstances. The pilot sustained fatal injuries.
The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is investigating the accident. As the State of Manufacture of the engine, the NTSB has designated a U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
