Full Narrative
On September 2, 2015, about 1345 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Bell 206B, Canada Registry C-GYBK, impacted terrain about 19 miles north of Sept-iles, Quebec. Of the five occupants that were on board, the pilot sustained minor injuries, two passengers sustained serious injuries, and two passengers sustained fatal injuries.
