On September 4, 2015, about 1110 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 150F airplane, G-ATKF, impacted terrain during takeoff at the Hinton in the Hedges Airfield, near Brackley, United Kingdom. The pilot was fatally injured and the airplane sustained substantial damage.
