The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB-C) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a CRJ200 that occurred on August 03, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the TSB-C's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Operator.All investigative information will be released by the TSB-C.

The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the TSB-C's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the TSB-C.
