On June 29, 2015, about 0806 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Robinson R-22 Beta II, OK-ZYZ, experienced an in-flight anomaly and the pilot conducted an emergency autorotation to a field about 10 miles west of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. The two pilots were not injured.
