Full Narrative
On March 15, 2015, at an unknown time, a Piper PA-34, Ecuadorian registration HC-CNC, impacted terrain under unknown circumstances shortly after takeoff from Edmundo Carvajal Airport, Macas, Ecuador. The pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured. The cargo flight was destined for Taisha, Ecuador.
