Full Narrative
On January 10, 2015, about 2105 universal coordinated time, an Embraer EMB-710C, Brazilian registration PT-NAB, was substantially damaged when it impacted a residence, after experiencing a loss of engine power during the initial climb after takeoff from the Luziania Airport (SWUZ), Luziania, Brazil. The pilot and one passenger were fatally injured, and a copilot and one passenger were seriously injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local personal flight that was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations.
