On September 14, 2014, at 2314 coordinated universal time, a Boeing PT-17, Guatemalian registration TG-JEN, operated by KEHA S.A., was destroyed when it impacted water while performing aerobatic maneuvers near San Jose, Guatemala. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from the Aurora International Airport, Guatemala City, Guatemala.
