On December 24, 2014, at 1410 universal coordinated time (UTC), a Piper PA-32-260, United Kingdom registration G-OCTI, sustained substantial damage during an forced landing near Lorrha, Tipperary, Ireland, after experiencing an engine failure. There were no injuries to the pilot and three passengers.
