Full Narrative

On November 30, 2014, an ATR72-212A airplane, SE-MDB, experienced excessive vibration during approach to Visby Airport(ESSV), Gotland, Sweden. The right engine was shut down and a single-engine landing was performed. Post-incident inspection found damage to the right propeller hub.

An investigation is being conducted by the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority (SAIA). The United States, as the State of Design, has assigned an Accredited Representative to the investigation. Further information may be obtained from:
