On September 23, 2014, about 2200 universal coordinated time, a Bell 206B helicopter, Venezuelan registration YV-2537, operated by Aerocopter C.A., impacted terrain after a loss of engine power in Bolivar State, Venezuela. The pilot and the two passengers were fatally injured.
