On October 6, 2012 about 1400 UTC, V5-YUL, Cessna 210N, had a partial loss of engine power followed by a precautionary landing near Outjo, Namibia. Visual meteorological conditions existed at the time. None of the 4 occupans were injured. The airplane was not damaged. There was no fire. The domestic flight departed Swakopmund and the destination was Outjo.

An investigation has been instituted by the Namibia Ministry of Transport, Directorate of Aircraft Accident Investigation (AAID). As the State of Manufacture, a US Accredited Representative has been appointed.
