Full Narrative
On February 9, 2014, about 1330 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 210N, Brazilian registration PT-OMX, operated by a private individual, was substantially damaged after it experienced a loss of engine power and impacted terrain while on approach to the Sitio Flyer Airport (SIHJ), Palmas, State of Tocantins, Brazil. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The personal flight departed Dona Iracema Airport (SJQZ), Porto Nacional, Brazil.
