On October 23, 2013 about 1130 local time, a Cessna 182Q airplane, Australian registration VH-KKM, collided with terrain near Mount Hotham, Australia. The airplane sustained substantial damage and the pilot was fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a personal flight under the pertinent civil regulations of the Government of Australia.
