Full Narrative
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 757-2Y0, which occurred on August 23, 2013. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
