Full Narrative
On July 29, 2013 about 0710 Beijing time, a Robinson R22, B-7036, crashed in the Guangdong Province of China. The helicopter was operated as an instructional flight by Guangzhou Suilian Helicopter Aviation. The helicopter was substantially damaged and both pilots were fatally injured.
The accident is being investigated by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). The NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the state of manufacture for the aircraft and engines.
