This database contains 103,745 severe injury reports from January 2015 to July 2025, covering 66,697 employers across 56 states. The database includes three types of reportable severe injuries: Hospitalizations (84,014 reports) where the worker required inpatient hospital treatment, Amputations (27,367 reports) where the worker lost a body part, and Eye Loss (35 reports) where the worker lost one or both eyes.
