An employee was on a loading dock ramp while loading doors into a utility trailer. While he was walking on the edge of the utility trailer, he fell approximately 5 feet to the ground, striking his head. The employee suffered two lacerations on the left side of his head and behind the left ear. He also suffered a fractured wrist, resulting in hospitalization.
