Employees were offloading some rebar from a semi truck. One of them was on the truck bed, helping to slide wooden dunnage under the rebar while a forklift raised the rebar. The rebar shifted and the employee fell off the side of the truck bed, landing 4 feet 6 inches below on his right side. He suffered two broken right-side ribs and a punctured lung.
