Incident Narrative
An employee was on a platform disconnecting a condensing unit and removing anchor points (hurricane clips) when the platform collapsed. The employee and the condenser fell 12-15 feet to the ground (grass/sand). They sustained fractures to their left clavicle, left wrist, right wrist, and spine, as well as a laceration to the back of their head.
