Incident Narrative
An employee was overseeing crew members installing crack sealant on new asphalt. Some sealant got on the front of the employee's boot. In order to prevent smearing the crack sealant all over the lot, the employee stepped backward on his heel. He then tripped on a traffic cone and fell, sustaining fractures to his wrist and hip.
