On May 17, 2025, an employee was working on the roof of a church. They unhooked their climbing harness from its rope so they could attach it to another rope when they slipped and slid about 15 feet down the roof, reaching the roof eave. They then fell another 15 feet to the ground below, suffering a fractured lower right arm, an abrasion to the forehead, and a laceration to the nose that required hospitalization.
