At about 9:15 p.m. on May 8, 2025, an employee was running a press machine, stacking parts coming off two conveyor belts. A few of the parts were falling between the two belts onto the floor; the employee had just stacked the last part. He moved one of the conveyor belts to the side, and his left middle finger was caught between the belt and an exposed, rotating gear. He suffered a partial amputation to the fingertip.
