On April 30, 2025, at about 1:41 PM, a temporary employee was on the second floor of an apartment parking garage when they fell into an unguarded elevator shaft and landed on the first floor. The employee sustained fractures to his legs, arms, head, back, and neck requiring hospitalization. Fall protection was not in place at the time.
