Incident Narrative
An employee was in the basket of an aerial lift preparing to install glass on a 14th-floor hoist deck. His right foot got tangled on the lift's ladder while exiting the basket, causing him to fall and land on his left side, striking his upper body and right arm on the outrigger. The employee was hospitalized due to four fractured ribs and a fractured right wrist.
