An employee was aqua blasting (water and abrasive media) lead paint from the surface of a spherical tank within a lead containment area. The employee finished blasting, then proceeded to walk down from the third deck of the scaffolding and fell. The employee sustained fractures to their left and right pubic bones and their left tibia.
