Incident Narrative

An employee was checking the perimeter wire on the second floor. They noticed that the wire was loose on one side, so they pushed the wire. The wire was kinked inside of a concrete column and it snapped, causing the employee to fall 12 feet to the ground below. The employee was hospitalized with a broken leg.
