Incident Narrative
An employee was walking out to a van with a leak detector tool in his hand. He slipped on ice on the walkway near the customer's docks and fell on the ground. He was also struck in the face by the leak detector unit. The employee sustained multiple skull fractures, and fractures to his pelvis and tailbone.
