An employee was working on the fifth floor of a building. He was tossing an air hose from one side to the other when the air hose wrapped around his leg, causing him to stumble forward into the guardrail, which gave way. The employee fell approximate 48 feet to the ground and landed on his feet. He was hospitalized with multiple leg injuries.
