Incident Narrative
An employee was delivering trusses to a customer. The customer utilized their skid steer with a fork attachment to unload the order of trusses (3 units). After the employee had placed the blocking for the unit of trusses to be picked up, the load shifted and slid off the forks, pinning his legs between the load and the unit of trusses below. The employee was hospitalized with a broken lower left leg.
