On February 18, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, an employee was operating a filler machine that fills individual sauce containers. He went to make adjustments to the airflow within the machine and his left index finger was caught by a rotating sprocket gear near the airflow adjustment controls, resulting in partial amputation of the fingertip. The machine was not guarded at the time of the incident.
